Project Specification: Polyurethane screed

• Remove all failed screed areas in blast chillers and freezer
• prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding to remove all surface contamination and leave a clean textured mechanical finish
• Saw cut anchor points to all perimeters of areas and apply fibre reinforcing mesh to areas
• Apply nominal 9mm polyurethane screed to all areas
• Apply polyurethane cove to all wall details
• Recut and bring through each concrete joint and apply polyurethane jointing compound
• Apply polyurethane coating to the packaging area incorporating anti-slip additive
• Project completed in 3 days
