Project Specification: Polyurethane screed
- Remove all failed screed areas in blast chillers and freezer
- prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding to remove all surface contamination and leave a clean textured mechanical finish
- Saw cut anchor points to all perimeters of areas and apply fibre reinforcing mesh to areas
- Apply nominal 9mm polyurethane screed to all areas
- Apply polyurethane cove to all wall details
- Recut and bring through each concrete joint and apply polyurethane jointing compound
- Apply polyurethane coating to the packaging area incorporating anti-slip additive
- Project completed in 3 days
