# Removing Existing Failed Coating & Replacing It With Our Durable Polyurethane Screed In Just 3 Days For IPL LTD’s New Wash Room

**overall size of the project**: Approx 10sqm2

**specification**: Polyurethane screed

- Remove all existing failed epoxy coating and prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding.
- Cut all perimeter anchor points and transitions.
- Apply DPM primer and Polyurethane underlayment to create fall to drains.
- Apply 9mm polyurethane screed in chosen Ral.
- Apply polyurethane jointing compound to all joints and transitions
- Project completed in 3 days.
