**Project Specification:** Polyurethane screed

- Break out all failed flooring areas and prepare substrate by means of vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding, cutting all perimeter edges for anchor points
- Apply Moisture Tolerant Primer and blind with quartz aggregate
- Apply 9mm Polyurethane screed in chosen RAL colour
- Recut all perimeter edges and joint with polyurethane expansion materials and Cove all wall details in Polyurethane wall render
- Project completed in 3 days
