Project Specification: Polyurethane screed
- Remove all existing failed epoxy coating and prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding
- Cut all perimeter anchor points and transitions
- Prime all areas with Epoxy DPM primer and blind with quartz aggregates
- Apply 6mm polyurethane screed in chosen Ral
- Apply polyurethane jointing compound to all joints and transitions
- Project completed in 3 days
