- Prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding to remove all surface contamination and leave a clean textured mechanical finish.
- Apply Moisture Tolerant Primer to the entire area and blind with quartz aggregates.
- Saw-cut anchor points to all perimeters of each individual concrete slab and the entire building area.
- Apply nominal 9mm polyurethane screed to all areas.
- Apply polyurethane coving materials to all wall details.
- Recut and bring through each concrete joint and apply polyurethane jointing compound.
- Project completed in phases over 9 days.
