- Remove all existing failed epoxy coating and prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding
- Cut all perimeter anchor points and transitions
- Apply 2 coats of epoxy DPM primer incorporating fibre glass reinforcement matting to all repairs and joints
- Apply 3mm Flexible polyurethane screed in chosen Ral
- Apply Polyurethane cove materials to all wall details
- Apply polyurethane jointing compound to all joints and transitions
- Apply 2 coats of polyurethane UV stable coating
- Apply all safety demarcations around new robotics machines
- The project was completed in 7 days
