  • Remove all existing failed epoxy coating and prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding
  • Cut all perimeter anchor points and transitions
  • Apply 2 coats of epoxy DPM primer incorporating fibre glass reinforcement matting to all repairs and joints
  • Apply 3mm Flexible polyurethane screed in chosen Ral
  • Apply Polyurethane cove materials to all wall details
  • Apply polyurethane jointing compound to all joints and transitions
  • Apply 2 coats of polyurethane UV stable coating
  • Apply all safety demarcations around new robotics machines
  • The project was completed in 7 days
