• Formula E – R&D training centre.
• 2 x 34mm layers of marine ply fixed at 150mm centres
• All joints banned by fibreglass mesh are incorporated with flexible primer and allowed to cure.
• 1 x water-based epoxy primer was applied to kill all porosity.
• 1 x flexible epoxy primer applied.
• 2-3mm flexible polyurethane screed laid by hand.
• 2 x coats of anti-chemical seal coats to repel against chemicals such as Skydrol.
• Completed in 8 days.
