- Prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding to remove all surface contamination and leave a clean textured mechanical finish.
- Apply Moisture Tolerant Primer to the entire area and blind with quartz aggregates.
- Saw cut anchor points to all perimeters.
- Apply nominal 9mm polyurethane screed in chosen RAL colour.
- Apply polyurethane coving to all wall details.
- Apply polyurethane jointing materials to all expansion joint.
- Project complete in 3 days.
