• Prepare substrate via vacuum enclosed Diamond grinding to remove all surface contamination and leave a clean textured mechanical finish.
• Cut and remove old drainage channels and fit new stainless steel channels.
• Apply moisture-tolerant primer and blind with quartz aggregate.
• Create new Falls to the area using polyurethane underlayment screed.
• Apply 9mm polyurethane screed to the area.
• Apply polyurethane coving to all wall details.
• Apply polyurethane jointing to all joints, drain details and machine footings.
• The project was completed in 5 days.
