• Prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed shot-blasting to remove all surface contamination and leave a clean textured mechanical finish.
• Apply Moisture Tolerant Primer to the entire area and blind with quartz aggregates.
• Saw-cut anchor points to all perimeters of each individual concrete slab and the entire building area.
• Apply nominal 9mm polyurethane screed to all areas.
• Recut and bring through each concrete joint and apply polyurethane jointing compound.
• The project was completed in 25 days.
